Private En-Suite Tent
MSITravels luxury camps feature private Berber-style tents with a proper bed (not a floor mattress), linen, en-suite WC and hot shower, and electrical lighting. The Dune Location
Luxury camps are positioned directly at the edge of the dune field — not 5km away on a flat compacted road. You step out of your tent onto the sand. Erg Chigaga camps are accessible only by 4WD (55km from the paved road) — no day-trippers arrive, no other vehicles pass.
Sunset Camel Ride
A 45-minute guided camel trek from the camp into the dune field at sunset. The guide leads one camel per adult — no herding 30 people in a queue. At the dune crest, the guide stops and leaves you to watch the light change in silence.
Berber Dinner & Music
Camp dinner is served in the main Berber tent: tagine, couscous, Berber bread, fresh salad, mint tea. After dinner, a local Gnawa or Berber musician plays traditional music by firelight — acoustic, unhurried, entirely unlike a tourist show.
Stargazing
