Quick answer: Is tap water safe to drink in Morocco?
Drink bottled water — always. Bottled water costs 5–8 MAD (under €0.75) per 500ml and is available everywhere. Sidi Ali is the standard recommendation — still, pleasant, widely available. In the Sahara or in summer, drink at least 3.5 litres per day. Mint tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice are safe to drink throughout Morocco.
